| Please read thoroughly and if you have any questions, email. How do I order and how do I pay? Azzie's Attic accepts orders by email or phone. We accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. If you are paying by personal check or money order, we expect you will mail payment promptly. Please understand that personal checks must clear prior to merchandise being mailed. How do I submit a pre-order? Because there are an increasing number of cancellations of pre-orders, we do require a $25 non-refundable deposit for each pre-ordered item.Azzie's Attic orders its stock from the supplier based on in part on pre-orders. We accept cancellations of your pre-order prior to the time that we are notified your item has been shipped from the supplier, but deposits will be forfeited. How is my pre-order paid for after the deposit? Once your item(s) arrives, the balance of your payment is due. We will notify you of the balance due. If you do not respond within one week to notification that your item has arrived, the order is considered cancelled and your deposit forfeited. If this occurs more than twice, your other pre-orders will be cancelled. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond the control of Azzie's Attic, we do not receive enough items ordered. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible and your deposit refunded in full, less any Paypal fees incurred by Azzie's Attic. *Note: Pre-order items shown on this site and in manufacturers' catalogs are usually prototypes. This means the actual product may vary or may be changed during production. If you are not willing to take the chance an item will change from the time of photography to the time of production, please wait and order the items once it is in stock. Some items have not been released from the manufacturer yet. Please email me if you want to place an order. I cannot guarantee availability after the manufacturer's allotted time for placing orders. Shipping: Shipping is extra and insurance is included in the cost. Our mode of shipping is Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. Alternative shipping is available on request. Generally speaking, our shipping prices are $12.00 for a 16" lady doll. Additional dolls are $4. A 16" doll in an oversized box (like GWTW or Wizard of Oz with large, puffy gowns) are $14. Shipping for 17" guy dolls is $14. NRFB outfits are $8 each. I will de-box outfits and mail them in a First Class envelope for $5. Priority shipping for these is $6. De-boxed outfits can be added in to a doll box for no extra charge. Items are shipped to you in the manufacturer's shipper unless there are multiple items to ship. If you are an international customer, please email. We'll provide you with shipping costs. There is a $25.00 fee on dishonored checks. I make every attempt to ship on the next business day after payment is confirmed as cleared. However, there is an occasional lag day or two between clearance and shipping due to my schedule. Florida residents must pay 6% sales tax. Layaway is available. Please email for arrangements. Returns and Cancellations: Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Generally, if you are unhappy with your item and we reach a mutual agreement for you to return your item, it may be returned within 7 days of notification. The item must be returned in the exact condition it left Azzie's Attic. If not, only 50% of the purchase price will be returned. Dolls must be secured in their shippers, and all hairnets, etc. must be returned with them. There is a 20% restocking fee on returns. Sometimes, it is more appropriate for the customer to return the doll or outfit directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Rest assured that I will work with you - your satisfaction is my goal. In the event items are accepted for return, refund of the purchase price will be made to you. Please, no returns from smoking homes. Any item marked "Clearance" is a final sale item. There are NO RETURNS from items purchased on Clearance. Return to Home Page |
